Im watching his "something wicked" program that was on Friday night just now.

What do you lot think of what he does? I never know what to make of it. I saw the thing he did last year when he persuaded a bunch of people to rob a security van through subliminal messages. It kinda messes with my head.

I think he's a good entertainer - got his book for Christmas, a really good read. He never does tell the whole truth - such as that thing where he "stops his blood flow" then walked on glass. Really good trick, but it's nothing to do with stopping bloodflow, it's simple physics and altering your body surface area that stops him getting cut - after all if he really was cut he would simply start bleeding once his pulse returned.

The finale he did though was impressive, and although he did explain how he did most of it, it still left you with questions such as how could he be sure the word would be in the pile she chose etc, so it leaves you wanting more even though you know some of it already, which is a good think

I took Mrs Topher to see 'Something Wicked...' at the Hammersmith Apollo, she's a big fan. I hadn't seen much of his TV work and I was a cynic, but I was extremely impressed. I think I went expecting him to be another psychic, but he's the opposite really, he kinda proves all of that wrong. Very clever bloke and very entertaining.

I'd have to agree - its not my kind of entertainment really, but you can't fail to be impressed by the man, he is so different and so clever.
