I'm back. I've got a question. Does Chris Moyles actually own an acre or half an acre or whatever it is on the moon?

Maximus: Do you mean purpose in life, on this earth or in connection to this story?

The Moon (capital M thank you) has plenty to offer.

Firstly there's an abundance of cheese, for 80% of it is actually cheese. (The other 20% is a mixture of rice pudding, sodium and toothpaste.)

Secondly there are the Clangers, who are a family of pink socks. They're very friendly, although I can't understand a f***ing word they say.

Also, there's a man in the moon who's been living there for some time now. Few people know that it's not actually the original Man in the Moon; In 1942, when no-one was watching, the original Man in the Moon swapped places with the bloke who was on the other side of the Moon, which is commonly referred to as "the dark side". He was previously a Syth.

On the aforementioned "dark side" there also resides a family of hedgehogs who are responsible for turning the moon on or off depending on what time of day it is.

You don't get that in Norwich. Or Norway for that matter.

I hope this clears it up for you.

1/ It has a sense of humour that Norwich apparently doesn't (if your approach is anything to go by).
2/ It has it's own flag (well OK, not its own flag as such but it has flags there)
3/ Land is worth something
4/ Chris Moyles owns land there

I DO hope that you and Jono Read (the tw*t that runs the new dictatorship of UnofficialMills who lives nearby) are NOT representative of the average inhabitant, coz if you ARE, it makes me not even want to visit.

Surely the fact that they make a whole story out of a passing comment by a Radio 1 DJ says a lot about how much happens in Norwich.

I went there in May this year. All the men had long hair and the shopping was below the standard which I would expect for the biggest city in the county. It's all farmer country.

I'm sorry to disagree with you nood because I find you both funny, enlighting and original.... in short.... high five big man. However the moon shouldn't have a capital M, because that is reserved for the name of a proper noun, i.e. a name of a place or person..... whereas a noun is just the name of a thing. A "moon" is a satalite of a planet, and thus does not warrant the capital letter status......but in fact our moon has a name. Ten points for the first person to name it.

High five again nood-meister.

It's called Luna isn't it? In the same way our star, the Sun is called Sol, although some believe it was actually named Vulcan.

Surely when referring to the Moon it should be a capital? If you were discussing moons then it wouldn't be a capital?

Similarly the difference between God and a god.
