I have just watched the Buzzcocks episode on here with Chris on it. I cannot believe its the same guy. Looked well nervous and embarrased he would be different now i am sure and certainly wouldn't let Lamarr get away with talking to him like that.

Anyway was wondering does anyone know if Chris has been on the show since and whether he gets on with Mark Lamarr now? Chris obviously thought he was a tos*er then so does he still hold a grudge and think he is a tw*t now, or are they now ok and 'showbiz pals'. Never heard Chris mention it.

I think the whole not mentioning it says a lot. Kind of like the book and his TV career.

There was a very strong suggestion that they engaged in physical violence when the disagreement was at its peak.

The problem is that they're quite similar, in that they base alot of their comedy on putting others down, it's just that at the time, Chris tried it on an already very well established Lemarr, and was basically..... put back down. It's shown by the fact that the other guests kind of joined in, taking Lemarr's side rather than the new kid on the block.

Rolls are reverese some might say now, so I think it'd be interesting for them to meet. They might make up, like he did with Peel.

It's rumoured that Lamarr threatened to kill Chris at the Brits in 1999, so he hasn't really mentioned him much since.

I think Mark Lamarr should marry Lily Allen. They're made for each other.
