I thought you might be interested to know that Family Fortunes with Chris will be shown next Saturday (28th October) on ITV1 at 4.55pm (according to radio times, which is generally fairly reliable) Repeats will be shown the following morning on ITV2 and the following afternoon on ITV1

when it was recorded it was always scheduled for now, Vernon is the new host, and I think its to do with the series run, and seasons etc.
