Well, seen as though she is employed by the BBC as a sports journalist - the chances are quite a lot eh.

The 6.30 is just a news bulletin, with a sport headline thrown in. At primetime Radio 1 have a separate sports bulletins - hence Chappers in the afternoons.

Well I think it's unnecessary... Chappers is just as annoying as Carrie. And it's not like they go into huge detail about the sport, yeh it's more than at 6.30 but i still reckon Dom could do it perfectly well on his own... just my opinion

Hang on, Moyles has always had a news & sports reader it goes back as far as at least his afternoon shows in 1999. Moyles always refered to the blokes as Sport Monkey and always had a go at them.

Yes she gloats about Chelsea but then don't they all on the show, If Leeds or Everton were in the top five Moyles & Dave would gloat all the time.

basically, most westcountry football teams are shite so residents support big name clubs. In the case of Carrie (who has an rp/posh voice) supporting a london team is great career wise. For a westcountry accent laden bumpkin like myself, supporting Arsenal is as laughable as my c*ck. As for Totenham supporting t*t w*nk johnny hoare, everything is laughable in comparision.

To summarise, there is a westocuntry code when it comes to supporting football teams - which makes no sense at all.
