Have any dates as to where Chris will be signing his book around the country been announced? As I would love to meet him in person along with getting his signature on my copy of his book!

Anyone with any details?

Thanks

I doubt if Chris even knows yet, he will have to negotiate an itinerary with his publishers first.
I get the impression, by his code words he uses for the the launch of his book, that the BBC has deemed it as some sort of conflict of interest, probably something to do with advertising

You should get it very near the release date through Amazon (or similar).

The signing tour isn't finalised yet, the only place announced is Basingstoke Ottakars.

If the Hoff can come to Manc, then so should Chris, now I'd turn up for that, I'd be shitting myself as to what to say to him while queuing though.

It doesn't for me - are you sure? I didn't think Waterstones had anything to do with Amazon, though I may be wrong.

I JUST TRIED IT TO CHECK AND IT DOESN'T DO IT ANY MORE! COOL! Sorry to get so excited, but it has always annoyed me so much that Waterstones appeared not to have its own website - and now it does! I'm so happy.........

I was going to say, Waterstones used to collaborate with Amazon, but I went to the website recently and it appears they don't anymore.

Waterstones (and now Ottakars) are owned by HMV - didn't think Amazon was involved.

Amazon.com operates retail websites not only for the United States, but also for Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, China and Japan. In addition, the Web sites of Borders.com, Borders.co.uk, Waldenbooks.com, Virginmega.com, Waterstones.co.uk, CDNOW.com, and HMV.com now redirect to Amazon's site for the country in question, for which these companies are paid referral fees.

I think thats only in America though:
