I've heard this from quite a few people now (and done a little digging and private investigation work myself) and found out that Dave's marriage is officially over and has been for ages. Apparently he's since become involved with a presenter called jayne sharp who used to go out with chris evans (clearly she has a thing for radio dj's)!
As long as Dave's happy I suppose that's all that matters. He clearly sounds it.

To add to they mystery, he did say today that he uses his sky lounge still to get away from non-football TV and that he can have the whole package in there. Infereing that someone else is watching the TV elsewhere in his house.
