He has mentioned very little BB this year probably for a few reasons:

1. He was in Germany for the world cup so missed a month of it as did Aled so they wont of got into it.
2. His Autobiography, sounds like he had to spend a lot of his spare time on it.
3. He was also off for two weeks
4. Aled has more responsibility now being day producer so maybe does'nt have enough time.
5. This BB in my opinion has been crap maybe he feels the same as there has not really been any characters, last year there was Derek, Science etc.

I enjoyed Big Brother this year (well from what I saw in the last few weeks). First time I've watched it for three years as well.

Maybe its just me, but I enjoy it more when there are normal, likeable people in there. Not freaks.

i sadly jsut read all this thread, and that made me do one of those quiet, but out loude giggles...

the only big brother ive ever watched, was the first one. and i only watched a cupple of episodes and the final.

i think big brother is a pile of plop anyway, its so laborious to watch. the only bits ive watched of this one is when the torrets guy was on, and i found it interesting to spend a moment watching him get exited. him being on the show is like saying "we cant think of anything new and exiting, lets just a man riddled with really bad torets on, that should liven things up"

i really hope the show starts to die in its next 2 seasons, the whole reality tv boost has been a gint waste of money for tv. anything that you cant re-watch is a waste in my eyes. they should invest there money im more quality, i mean what happened to 'garath magarthies dark place? i thort that was brilliant! but now, it went the way of the wind whilst this crap rules the airwaves...

No need for this, this sort of thing has no place here. Yes the condition is serious and must be a hinderance, but most people can't help thinking it's funny, and also a bit jealous that it gives them social accepatbility to shout "Anchor" all the time.

i actually think that if you watch the final wen pete won, you could see he was having real difficulty with his tourettes whilst everyone thought it was amusing i felt sorry for him, as when people with tourettes get overwhelmed the ticks etc becme substansially worse, which was as you will have probably seen was manifested in his final interview. the poor guy!

Nice idea but none of those programmes have been made in years and are very unlikely to be made again. Plus compared to the revenue BB brings in to a sitcom it just doesn't make financial sense

Chris said (IIRC on last Friday's (18th August) show) that he hadn't really got into the show this year as he had missed about 6 weeks of it (2 weeks on Holiday & 3 weeks for the world cup - I presume the other missing week is X Factor although he didn't mention this).

He didn't mention anything about disliking this years show although said he didn't like Nikki & "...If Pete Genuinely(sp) likes Nikki then Tourettes isn't his main problem..." Harsh but fair

Dominic didn't like Richard from what I remember
