The show started with a segway mixed by Aled, which Chris thought was poor. What happened in the next 10 minutes can only be described as a massive lecture to Aled about how crap he was. Chris asked him what time he started working on the show. Aled replied 9:30 but he counted training as show work. So here is Aleds Day

11:25am - GET MINIDISCS, WRITE SCRIPTS, CHANGES TO PROGRAMME
11:40am - DO WILLS SCRIPT
11:55am - LOOK UP TONIGHTS TV AND WRITE BRIEF SUMMARIES
12:25pm - LOOK AT THE PAPERS FOR INTERESTING STORIES
1pm - SURF WEBSITES FOR INFORMATION AND DISCOGRAPHY FOR TODAYS GUEST
1:40pm - SET 1 HOUR DAT AND 2 HOUR DAT'S IN CORRECT ORDER
2pm - MEETING WITH CORDELIA FROM MANAGEMENT
Chris said that Cordelia had to come to him to ask first next time. The outcome was that Aled got a payrise. Dave refused to talk about the football from last night. Everton lost 3-0 to Man Utd, but after 85 minutes it was a stalemate. Chris then brought it up after the news with Georgina. Chris flustered her by asking whether she had had sex with an Everton player. Dave butted in to say he never had sex with one of them either.
Chris went through tonights TV with Airline on ITV. He started to do the narrators voice, John Nettles, although I think he might have been wrong, and started to preview the TV in that voice. They came up with a spoof idea called Hairline, about life in a hectic barbar shop. Chris berated Aled again because he couldnt spell the word The right.
Chris had in possession this garage mix of Only Fools & Horses from Ginga Ninja and Leo, which Dave was inquisitive to hear. It is released in November and is frankly terrible. It might have been ok if they kept the same lyrics as the show.
Fatboy Slim AKA Norman Cook joined the show after 4pm to promote the CD/DVD/VHS release of his summer party on Brighton Beach, which Chris went to. It was released on Monday and is available in all good record stores, and some bad ones too. Chris gushed and fawned over Norman talking about his experience being at the party in the Summer. Do you remember that Chris always took the piss out of Rachel by saying I run the London Marathon you know, well hes getting to be the same with this goddamn half marathon. He managed to talk about it again to Cook and Norman is a watcher of his TV show on Channel 5 as he asked whether his nipples were any better. Norman said that Zoe has some nipple pads that she hasnt used that he will send in when he gets back.
The Big Boutique 2 Party is also nominated in the Muziq Dance Awards as Best Event. Norman doesnt know what its up against but Chris said that he will undoubtedly win. Norman isnt quite convinced although he thinks that he won it last year. So the awards mean that much to him then. Norman gave away a Signed Deckchair.
Aleds 7 facts about Norman had vital flaws. Well 5 of them were wrong. Here were Aleds 5 mistakes
1. Youve Come A Long Way Baby was not his debut album as Fatboy Slim.
2. He didnt marry Zoe Cook from Radio 1, he married Zoe Ball.
3. He is not the owner of Skint Records.
4. He is not a major shareholder in Brighton Football Club. He is a sleeping director.
5. His name is really now Norman.
Norman still does his tunes on an Atari ST because its a lot easier than new fangled systems. He is a bit of a Luddite when it comes to Computers as he doesnt have email or anything like that. Chris and Dave pleaded with Norman to be on one of his next records. Chris played an ill advised game with Dave against Norman on Daves Introductory Service. It might have been OK for it to be an ordinary round but this was a special one whereby Norman had played a part in every one of the songs so it was pretty pointless as Dave stood no chance. In it we found out that the person who sings Rockafeller Skank was a person called Lord Finesse.

4 depressed students today.
Pippa has been crying non stop.
The nominated people got to speak with their parents last night for 2 minutes.
Marli is unhappy because she feels guilty and that she didnt deserve the A Grade.
The 31 year old man from Scunthorpe cant wait to meet Chris afterwards.
Naomi has a sore throat, they sent her to do a doctor.
You dont vote anyone out. You vote the number to keep the person in.
Aled wants Nigel out and keep in Pippa and Ashley.
It is quite easy to hear that Chris is not bothered.
