right well, after posting my poll, to see whether i should go or not!!....it seems that i aint a very popular boy round these parts, but it's all good like!!! Now i did say that if the majority wanted me to go, i would go!!! and i got my ass kicked...so i am a man of my word...so this will be my last post!!!

Now don't worry am not gonna sign under a new name or do any of that crap!!! well i had fun the short time i was here and thats all tht really matters!! now when i'm gone i hope newbies and people who like to post what they want and when they want to, and who post a lot aren;'t discriminated against, but i really can't see that happening!! thats another big reason why am going, bcuz if i really did wanna stay i wouldn;t let a stupid pole stop me!!!

well i guess the only thing left to say is "slan go foil" and the best of luck to all of ya's!! even you morals

spanky has left the building.....

My grandmother has new carpet and asks us to remove our shoes when we enter.Because it's family I don't mind, but I have been to other people's homes who have also requested this.In the summer I often wear shoes without stockings and I feel weird being barefoot in someone elses home and I am afraid of stepping on something sharp.
Is it rude to ask guests to take off their shoes?

On second thoughts if anyone were to wear shoes in my home I would kill them, you should never EVER wear shoes in someones home.If you wear bare feet in sandles take a pair of slippers with you,but I can't think of a more rude thing to do than wear shoes in someones home. You might've stepped on a dog turd and thats no good with my 3 year old son is crawling on the floor. The only way I would not take off my shoes is if the house was filthy, but my home and most of the homes I go to are very very clean.

Shoes are made for wearing, floors are for being walked on.If someone wears shoes in your home,he or she is not intentionally being disrespectful. If you get strange looks upon taking off your shoes in someone else's home, please know it's because most people (in my experience) would consider taking off shoes as being overly-familiar and making yourself TOO much at home.
