It's not the player, its your DVD drive.

You can change the region in the Device Manager but only a small number of times (2-3).

If you require more than a few changes then go here > http://forum.rpc1.org/portal.php?page=1 and you can update the firmware of your DVD to cracked vrsions that will play any region all the time.

yeah 5 times it let me, you see i bought a region 1 dvd and it wont play it. my dvd player model is a samsung cdrw/dvd sn-324b

it seems like this type is a problem from typing a search, it seems when firmware is installed, it doesnt read from it anymore
