Nice to see someone with half a brain - why does everyone feel the need to be one way or the other. Saying "all American (or British) comedy is lame" is like saying "all northeners are dole-dossing thieves" - it's just a wild generalisation.

Fair enough, that's a personal opinion, which is what this whole debate basically boils down to. Let people enjoy watching the shows they like. If you don't like a particular show / film, don't watch it.
Oh, and getting back to Graham Norton, I reckon his show has suffered since going five nights a week, but theoccasional show is great - the one with Steve Irwin was top notch.
