The United States has got itself into a meteorological mess.Texas is flooded while in Arizona and California forest fires still rage.
Obviously North America has to be tipped up so the floodwater swills down and puts out the fires.
So far so good but there is a downside.Millions of Mexican folks will tumble down the west coast of the US and no-one wants that so the continent will have to be carefully jiggled around like those old circular games where you had to get little balls into holes. Thus the water will do its work but the Mexicans will end up back where they started.
I'm not saying it'll be easy.
