It doesn't work.
However, if you google this exact phrase (but use the actual word, not the asterisked, PC, non-offensive version) "Jamie Theakston Tw*t" you get some reasonably amusing stuff. There are obviously other words that you could use instead of tw*t but I am sure you can think of them for yourselves.
