BBLB is normally on E4 at 7.00 then repeated at 10.30 again on E4. Tonights was on C4 so may well be repeated on C4. Or E4.

he did a bit of the typical arm stroking, looking into the distance, frowning, moyles tv nervousness. but he was fairly chilled for once.

- did you see.. him mouth 'i love you dermot!' just as dermot was doing his outro for the break? tres amusant indeed.

always feel like i should watch anything he's on on tv. dont know about you but that strikes me as weird. obsessive. mind you, posting about this on a chris moyles website message board kind of explains to me that i've not exactly simply got a healthy interest in the show
