I could not get online all day yesterday and all today until now because of TISCALI my isp. I tried to get through to complain but they put the phone down as soon as i spoke. The review was done but couldnt be put up until now. Sorry for the delay but it was enforced upon me.

I've never had any probs with them, except the sporadic phone bills, and the costs having no relation to the amount taken from the bank!
