I have heard of Yes Minister but never really seen it (although I think it's on UK Gold.)

I think My Family is underrated and The Office, again, is not really a sitcom.

Oh yeah League of Gents. More of a sketch show I would say, but I think it contains story lines doesn't it? I've only really seen it a couple of times so wouldn't know.

I disagree (obviously..), I was been realistic. I think someone who thinks they are more intelligent just on the basis they have heard of Yes Minister ought to get their head out of their arse.

League of Gentlemen use to be good, but isn't half as good as The Office and Phoenix nights now. Apparently they have started writing the LoG film now then following that with a fourth series. I thougt the third series was disappointing, the story lines were good but it wasn't as funny as the first or second series'.

father ted clearly belongs in the top ten, but i suspect in my cinical way, that it aint cos its on c4. it would probably cost the bbc a fair bit of money to show it i would guess, even just a few clips.

im probably wrong though and it is clear that bbc make/show the best sitcoms (with the exceptions of peep show and phoenix nights)

does anyone know if peep show was in the top 100 or was the survey (or whatever they did to get the top 100) done before it was shown?
