how would they know you downloaded it from there... you might have taped it like myself!

But the issue would be the copyright of the song and recording is just the same as downloading it, and then hosting it for download again.

true, although there's probably loads of additionally copyrighted stuff (ignoring BBC copyright itself) in the Sound Vault anyway...
