It's not actually the same track as they use on BBC 3. Theres parts that are very simmilar, but it isnt the same.

Is it not out this week? I thought it was anyway. It's already been released in America and is on the '2nd To None' album so i expect it will be released at some point over here if it already isn't this week.

It's from the latest vibe (sorry...now music4 or 4music..whatever) disc and is not commercialy available either to buy or for download on the internet.

I got mine about 2 weeks ago... Moyles uses quite a few of the beds on it, although I would of thought that it was too common for Moyles to use as every DJ in the country starts using the tracks off it.

yeah, I know what you mean, and it kinda steals from other, maybe more local, presenters aswell - i.e. they hear it on radio 1 then hear their local jock use it aswell and instantly think its "radio 1 music"

hmmm...bit unfair, makes it seem like we're copying, and I know what you mean about being "a bit too common" - theyve got the budget to get stuff written especialy for them! might as well use it!
