The new bed is called brassic park.

Please do not, under and circumstances ask me to send it in to the sound vault or to individual people as I will not do this.

That was me. For some reason it didn't sign me in.

It should also read "under any circumstances."

you know theres an edit button for you to delete the post and you can do it again.

Yeah I know, but because I (according to the computer) wasn't signed in, it didn't recognise me as the author of the post and therefore wouldn't let me edit it.

My mistake - the new bed is actualy called darkness & lite. As Will said, it's not (and will not become) commercialy available.

They could do if they really wanted to but this would be entirely at their own risk (hence why I have refused to). The "V - The Production Library" series is designed and distributed solely for those in the broadcasting industry and all tracks are mcps and prs registered.

Vibe will come down very heavily on any breach of these regulations. This could result in a number of things including:

 The individual concerned (and also even the company they work for) could lose any contracts or agreements they have with mcps and prs (which may not only harm their work concerned with Vibe but also prevent them from forming contracts with other companies who state it as a requirement that clients are mcps and prs registered.)
 A hefty fine for breach of copyright laws could be imposed.

Those who have V or are in the industry will know what I'm talking about and will be aware of any consequences of their actions. If anyone else wants to send in the tracks used then they can, but I don't want to risk it.

ta

I didn't mean to sound all stuffy and arsey, but I don't really want to risk my ass, and I don't think it would be fair for anyone else to either risk theirs for the sake of a few who would be persitant and demand the new bed, or send it in and risk even the site getting closed down, which they could technically do.

Just to make it clear, I would not add them to the site as a download - Vibe are serious as Rich correctly points out.

It's a shame i know... the beds of the cd are v good, as you would expect from Vibe. Scott Mills is also using Vextacy off the CD. (i think)

Can't wait for the World cup CD to come out later, Moyles maybe using some of them.

if there were to be a secret place to download it thru a hush hush whisper whisper dont tell anyone approach, would that work?

In theory, yes. But I, like most other people I'm sure, wouldn't want to risk it. As I've already said in my huage long post on page 1, Vibe will use the full extent of the law to protect their work and will act hastily, and heavily, against anyone (individual or organistaion) acting in breach of these regulations.

Rich~

P.S. Is it just me, or is everyone repeating what has already been said about 20 times?

My query about release dates was to do with the World Cup CD which is being put together at the moment, not V4 which came out last month.

sorry to be picky but the track is actually called Parasite not brassic park or darkness and lite, these are 2 of the other tracks on V4 of the production library.
