Chris was irritated because last night Will was supposed to stop at his house, so he made him up a bed, and then Will decided he’d rather stop in a hotel and made Chris drive 5 extra miles past his house to drop him off there. Will’s excuse was the hotel made him a fry-up in the morning, which he could eat just before going training.
Big Blubber - This week was the running aspect, which involved bleep testing.
Chris was narked this morning as the gym they used had been mucking him about. They aren’t members but a bloke, for arguments sake called Bob, always lets them use it. However Bob was on holiday and the staff wouldn’t let them use it, which annoyed Chris.
Will – Didn’t want to do the bleep test, but that’s nothing knew. Came last and earnt 2 points
Chris – Normally the best runner of the group, however he couldn’t perform on the day and gained 4 points
Aled – Needed to salvage both some pride and vital points. He pushed himself to the max and did really well, coming 1st and getting the maximum 10 points.
Dave – Was late again, and is not normally a contender in running. However he surprised everyone by working really hard and came 2nd with 6 points.
Results so far – Will in 4th place with 12 points, equal 2nd place with 14 points are Chris and Aled, but miles ahead is Dave with 26 points.
Today’s Guests were Athlete, who are playing One Big Sunday in Leicester this weekend. Chris brought their album rather than getting it free, so they laughed at him. They performed their song ‘Beautiful’ in the Live Lounge. Apparently the team all have costumes to wear on stage for One Big Sunday. They wouldn’t reveal what but Chris already has a version of his costume of his own.
Chris bought his bed on the Internet. Athlete sang their big number 41 hit Westside. They played T in the Park last week. Athlete said that after Glastonbury, its the best festival. Athlete jokingly said that they are looking forward to Busted. They said they were being constantly followed by Misteeq, everywhere they go, they seem to be there too. I could think of worse things, could be t.A.T.u.

Dave had a Guess Who which was Gos from Big Brother, who he said is sporting a new hair cut. Chris was peckish but noone sent him any freebies of food. Johnny Massey read the news today and Chris kept saying rude words in his earpiece that only he could hear and found it difficult to keep talking without chuckling.

Ray had a huge row with Steph after the drink got to him. They passed the task and got a cheese party. Is this Jons dream coming true. Not much to report, isnt this what they say everyday.
Aled phoned live from the Fame Academy. You might be aware that ITV are not happy as they are putting it up against the new series of Pop Idol. Aled played two clips of him singing Relight My Fire (1st take was HIGH FALSETTO, 2nd sounded like his balls had dropped). He got to bed at half 2 and woke up at 6am so he is very tired. Aled complained there was no spirits or woo woos.
