The show started with the team discussing accents. Chris said he couldn't do a Welsh accent because he sounds like an Indian. He tried to do a Welsh accent but it changed into a geordie! Chris is looking forward to the Leeds vs Malaga match tonight, but he admitted that Leeds stood no chance because it will probably be their reserve team playing.
The team took some phone calls - a woman with a very annoying voice wanted to register for the Christmas Party competition, needless to say she got cut off. A man who claimed Chris seemed to be in a bad mood asked him to play a Christmas song. Chris put the phone down on him and said that baring in mind he knows 95% of his audience haven't even begun shopping for presents yet, he's not going to upset them by playing stupid Christmas songs. He was nicer to the next caller, a Celtic supporter from Scotland who wanted Leeds to win tonight. In return Chris said Celtic will win their next game 99-nil.
Chris plugged Peter Kay's tour for charity. They decided to ring the ticket hotline even though they don't go on sale till tommorow just to see if someone answers. A girl did and she seemed quite startled to be on air. Chris wished her a Merry Christmas, she said you too and put the phone down on him. Someone sent Chris a re-mix of Flash with a dance beat. The overall impression is that its ok.
Its Thursday so that means that the Dreem Teem are in the other studio recording their show. DJ Spoony comes in for another ribbing as Chris noticed he had a handbag. The twosome descend into football talk with Chris taking the piss over the fact that a * supports Liverpool. Spoony asked why was Chris in London and he supported Leeds. Chris said that the money was better. Spoony told him to go back up north with the rest. Chris jokingly branded him a racist.
The Christmas Party
Team 1 - Cadbury, Trebor and Bassetts - Amy Smith answered the questions - They are rubbish and take over a minute to get 8/10
Team 2 - Premier Foods in Long Sutton near Hunstanton - Kirsty Archer answered the questions - They get 7/10 and take 50 seconds. They would have been in the final if they had've known the Capital Of Sweden is not Oslo or Stockport but in fact Stockholm.
So tomorrows final is yesterdays competitors in a rematch. Majestic Mortgage VS Junior Magazine.

1 DAY TO GO. Ainslie has been signed to record label Mercury with his first stuff being muted for a March release. Sinead has dropped in popularity but boyband David Sneddon is still way in front. It is looking very much like he will win even if his performance tomorrow night is poor due to silly girls voting on looks.
