Today was the final of Gym Idol. Unsurprisingly the 4 contestants was cut to 3 as Meathead was chucked out for being too fierce and hard on them. More on that later. An emailer tells Will that the draw has been made for the LDV Van trophy and Woking play Luton on the 22nd October. The person works for LDV and was wondering whether Will and the team wanted tickets for the match. Will thought because he was from LDV he could nab a free van for a week. Chris went out drinking last night with Dave and he was feeling the effects of the pints as he kept getting stuck for words and slurred a bit.
Chris tells us that its only 2 more days till the half marathon is run. He will tape up his nipples so they wont chafe and Dave asked if he was using gaffa tape. Will said that he could drive Chris round the course if he got the free van from LDV. Wills plan was to drive the van for 13 miles with Chris running on the spot in the back.
Chris tried to trick Aled by telling him to go and get some tartan paint. Will said that he should have asked him to go to the post office to get a verbal agreement form. Chris played a Westwood trail that he had to stop because the team was laughing too much at the alarm sounds in the trail. Chris rang up THE BOX and requested song 166. What is song 166 you ask. It is Rhinestone Cowboy by Ricky and Mr DAZ from Blown Out featuring Glen Campbell. It seems at last that one of their songs are being released, probably in time for Christmas.

The female presence of a G-Stringed Diva or bouncing 36D breasts would put off the team so they decided after 10 minutes of discussion to make this decision.
