Chris tried his best Shaggy impression in the opening link rapping about Cottage Cheese and Microwaves. Chris fancied Apple Pie and Custard but he doesnt know anywhere that does it. Aled nominated himself to make custard but Chris said to not bother.

Pippa, Nigel and Ashley want your votes
They made their speeches last night at the 'Last Supper'. Pippa went for the soppy side, Nigel tried with the smarm charm factor and Ashley talked complete bollocks. It seems Ashleys confidence is low.
Aled is going to the Press Conference tonight after the show and the evictee will join Chris on Mondays show.
Chris Manning and Nigel are big fans of the Chris Moyles Show. Its always males aint it.
Aled went to Highgate with the troops yesterday and the pictures are up on BBC (all together now) ONLINE. Aled wasnt allowed to talk about anything that has happened in the outside world and about publics perception of them (which is zilch looking at the ratings).
Nigel said it was hard to be himself and it was tough but its got progressively easier. Ashley wasnt comfortable with Aled and talked very little to him. Aled wasnt taken to Pippa at the start but with her on the bus is mind has changed and he thought she was sweet. He is quite taken with Marli although she has been flirting with one of the lecturers.
