The team are back in London on Monday morning after their exploits in Bristol, and will be joined later in the week by special guest Lily Allen.

The 21 year old will join them in the studio on Wednesday, promoting her new single LDN which is out tomorrow.

According to The Mirror, Lily has previously said of Chris: "I like him. He's really big and I think we'd get on. If he asked me on a date I'd go."



Lily is preceded on Tuesday by Ian Wright, and future guests over the next couple of weeks include Rio Ferdinand, Jack Osbourne and (we think) Gordon Ramsay. Plus there is only one week left until the whole team (bar Chris) take part in The Great North Run!

I can't stand Lily Allen - and before you ask, yes, I have. Met her that is, several times, before she was "famous". An ufortunate hazard of the job I do. I agree with Mafro - but what annoys me even more is how she sings in that affected, studied "chav" voice, but speaks in a totally standard, almost (dare I say it?) posh accent. Which she may now be trying to disguise, in light of her recent raise in profile, and the image she has apparently decided to adopt - we shall see.

Sandi Thom seems already to have disappeared - thank goodness. Corinne Bailey-Rae is the best of the bunch, but I don't really like her stuff either. She's a nice lady though.

The thing with all of these "reality stars" they are all pretty much expected to fade away before they've even won. Everyone knows that the winner of this year's X-factor is going to be gone in 2 years, nevermind who it is. What they want is an exception to the rule, another Will Young, or Girls Aloud. Which is what they thought Alex Parks was, I remember them going on about how she was one of the few diamonds to have been dug up in the mines of "reality programming". THey hype around her was mental............... but what does it mean now???? Bugger all.

i disagree.i cant stand her now.i was willing to give her the benefit of the doubt,but once she was on i thought,who dya think you are .
i text in to the show sayin,get her off now,she was only on there 2 try get sum freebies,i txt sayin i was switchin radio stations as she bugged me summit chronic,talentless livin off her dads name,i'll be glad once her 15mins r up!!!!
