Digital Spy reports that Chris will be involved in a big 'Perfect Day' style sing-a-long this New Year.

The performance is the key highlight of BBC One's Hogmanay Live, normally shown on BBC Scotland but going nationwide this year for the first time since 1998.

Hogmanay Live will be hosted by Hamish Clark (Monarch of the Glen's Duncan) and Jackie Bird.
