They demolished my old school about this time last year in favour of a completely soulless looking shiny new one at the other end of the town. Kinda sad really, I had one or two decent memories there. Quite a few shite ones too.

On second thoughts, * it. Best thing that could have happened to it. Pity they didn't leave one or two choice people in it when they brought it down.

I do get pissed off in London about certain buildings being demolished. At present it seems to be the 60's/70's eyesores (which to be fair some of them are ugly but they are important part of British historical architecture) or 20's/30's art deco buildings, which I get really annoyed about as some of them are really unique.

Sadly the only protected buildings over her seem to be Vicotriana, which is fine, except they've decided to get rid of everything else in favour of keeping loads of it that looks identical.
