That's right, apparently according to Ben Shepherd (I don't follow him, he came up on the timeline for #freethebigsam) he knew of it's existance for quite some time but because people thought it was really him he had it taken down, I presume before that he didn't mind it's existance/was too busy eating a chomp to care.

I found a point to Twitter! I got to have me an argument with ScotRail on Thursday when they decided not to stop the train at the station I was meant to get on. I was able to distract myself from the onset of hypothermia by challenging their "the train wasn't working" comment by pointing out that it looked like it was working to me when it went shooting past at 70mph.

Actually it is quite good for customer service. There are quite a few companies that have accounts on there. I've had replies off a number of them after I tweeted about various issues.
