My dear Yuds, you are (as ever) a font of knowledge! I love the stuff but it is sweeter than chocolate, seems almost fattier/oilier and doesn't taste of chocolate. There's a fabulous candy shop in Manhattan that always has the most charming, themed & shaped white chocolate confections for holidays. So festive.
