No she isn't. She's formulaic, repetetive and derivative. Which makes her no worse than a lot of other chart acts - but she is pretending to be something a little more than a chart act, which is ludicrous. She seems to really expect to be taken seriously as a music artiste, just because she sticks a few rude words in her songs? I'd genuinely rather listen to Girls Aloud, at least they have no pretensions of being anything other than loud, noisy pop "stars". I think they're quite fun.

I quite like Lily Allen's music. Yes it's a bit formulaic, but most music is.
It's still pleasant to listen to and at least it's better than being forced to listen to Mike Skinner having a rhyming moan.

I've heard the album. The plinky plinky track is the only one I vaguely enjoy. And as to how it is possible to dislike a pop record - well, I agree, its not easy - but I think I've made it clear that even though I don't particularly like her music, its actually the person I dislike. I like pop music actually. I have a lot of time for McFly. Now BfB, do your worst!
