So did we I think. They've always been a bit of a bogey team for us though. Local derby and all that. Still, we're doing ok at the moment, no complaints. Except for dropping points at Stockport. I mean, NOBODY drops points at Stockport..........

I really hope Wenger buys another decent striker, another good defender & a sodding decent goalie over the summer.

Great to see the mighty Fulham win again last night, Woy boys did him proud.

Weve got orient tomorow, Now is certainly not the best time to be playing them. Still, we caused abit of an upset last time we played a London outfit, so I dont see why we wont do the same tomorow!

Well well well. Lucky Leeds dropped only 2 points, Norwich dropped all 3, and we won. I'm beginning to have thoughts of automatic promotion again........Shame Charlton won, but as long as we keep it up that won't matter.

We've got Bolton 2morro, it's the one game of the season i absolutely loathe as we can never seem to beat them. We definately owe them one though, I'd take a scrappy 1nil win... Come on you Irons....

What a shite day for the London clubs, Arsenal, Charlton & QPR drew, Palace, West Ham, Fuwham, Wimbledon & Orient lost & scumbags Spurs, Chelski & Millwal won, what a load of bollocks.

Well we had a good result yesterday, but I fear it may be too late for us. We've even dropped out of the play off places now, and a few weeks ago we were thinking about automatic promotion. Oh how quickly things can change.......

We're now playing to desperately hang onto second spot. Not bad when there's only two teams in Scotland. Fired out the Scottish Cup at the semi final stage by a first division team who deservedly beat us yesterday. All of this while the other team in Scotland are in financial trouble and being run by the banks.

Could be worse, Scott Mills could be on the in morning.

Ahh *.

I'd sympathise, but you did employ John Barnes as manager. I can't believe anyone was that dumb after what he did with us.

Pleased to see that RVP could be in the squad to play Spurs - and even more pleased that there is no talk of us winning the title, etc so we can continue to close in under the radar. I have my ticket for the final game of the season too so will hopefully see Mr Fabregas (or Almunia) lifting the trophy

I've not been here in a while, so I just have to say that I've very chuffed at how St. Johnstone's season panned out, culminating in a 5-1 demolition of Hibs and a righteous 4-1 raping of Rangers. Fantastic. Good to see us get consistently good results against Aberdeen too.

As for Liverpool, I've stood by Benitez in the past but I've lost trust. His team selection's poor, substitutions are at best ill-advised and the side play with no hope, inspiration, belief or creativity. I just pray Juventus are stupid enough to relieve us of his presence, and hopefully Fernando Torres will conjure up some reason to stay! The team is visibly worse without him, although I will never understand why Rafa refuses to start Alberto Aquilani, and when he does he always substitutes him. In the game against Chelsea he was our best player, yet Rafa still took him off. Pillock. New season, new manager please.

Since my above post, having obtained only 1 point from an available 12, I am now using my ticket for sunday to see whether we get 3rd spot or not. Not quite the same as 3 weeks ago. Stupid football!

We might have finished with nothing this season, but last night we gave Rangers a whole summer of "oh *, is that the start of their comeback?"

It's the wee things that make you smile.
