Sold my old phone on ebay and four working days after it was posted, the buyer is messaging me harassing me about the fact that it hasn't arrived yet. I offered special delivery as an option and they didn't take it, so it just went out in the normal first class post, hence there is no tracking number. I've read through ebay's policy and if it doesn't turn up, they will expect me to refund the buyer and suspend my account if I don't. :(

I've been bitten by the lack of seller protection before - I ALWAYS specify that if it's posted, they need to pay for Special Delivery, so that it's trackable online. If they want to collect, they have to pay cash, if they want to pay by Paypal, I will post it Special Delivery regardless of how close. It's basically the only way to get round scammers claiming it never arrived.

Yeah, I'm realising now I shouldn't have given the option for normal post - I dunno why I did really. Oh well, live and learn! It's not even the fact that I'm at risk of having my account suspended - I can use Dan's account easily enough if I need to - it's that the buyer is being really snarky. I have no idea if they're trying to scam me or it genuinely hasn't arrived, but either way, sending nasty emails clearly won't help them, cos ebay always sides with the buyer anyway.

eBay and PayPal's "seller protection" makes me so angry, it's such a guilty until proven innocent policy.

What's annoying me today? Being back at work after a week in Majorca... :(

Swollen with no apparent cause? Usually it would be a knock or a bad bump - if you definitely haven't had any direct trauma to the area and it doesn't get better very soon, get that checked out. Swelling that isn't externally caused needs investigating.

Quite honestly I struggle to care whether prisoners have the vote or not. It's not high on the list of important things we should be considering - I do think that lifers shouldn't get it, but then they definitely won't anyway.

What I would like to see and what I think is more important - as one of the tweets I retweeted yesterday said - is hard-working, tax-paying, settled non-EU migrants getting the vote.

Old haggard boob is better than no boob at all, my old grandad used to say.

Probably shouldn't have said it when my gran was in the room mind.

Lottie is correct. People don't have to choose their clothing or change their bodies to please you. If you don't like it, don't look.

Duh, probably because they're all gross and unattractive. Who wants to see that?

If you don't look nice then don't put it out on display for me to look at to then not look.

Appending a completely horrible and hurtful commenting with "Joke - chill!!" doesn't make it less horrible or hurtful. You might find it funny but that says some pretty unpleasant things about you. Just shut up about making anyone who isn't airbrushed feel like shit ok? Because whether you think its a joke or not, it DOES make us feel like shit. I've lost count of the parties, events, celebrations and things that I have not gone to becuase I know what people like you are thinking when you look at me. Your jokes cause a hell of a lot of pain to a hell of a lot of people, and "chilling" isn't possible when you know the reality of what people think about you, just because you don't look like Cheryl Cole, or have been on the planet for a bit longer than you. You can be a right prick at times Tim.

I'm pretty sure you girls would say the same thing if you saw some old dude with his top off so please don't play the "don't pick on women" card. It's gross seeing anyone out of shape in skimpy clothes, male or female.

Each to their own Yuds. You've made numerous assumptions about me there, none of which apply.

I fully understand the ridiculousness of what I posted, it was meant to be exactly that.... The point being I am on your side, this whole air-brush to be accepted culture is shit and its not right.

Given you've never met me or Mrs DTJ (who is NOT size 8 ) I suggest you wind ya neck in.

You can be a right miserable cow at times Jo.

Dunny worry Ben, I wasn't worrying. I knew where my comment was coming from, even if it was wasted on others.
