Wasn't even just killing them, was sexually abusing them, torturing them and then finally killing them, poor bastards. She always denied any part in that though, she just lured them to their torture and death she says. She was manipulative and a liar to her death though, so much so that she even managed to recruit some high profile friends and campaigners. Lord Longford and that Reverend who was on the news the other night defending her should both lose their positions in society for their actions.

She had a far too cushy life and deserved to be put through the same hell that her victims suffered. Its just that we are so civilised these days that these folk never have to worry about anything bad happening to them, mores the pity.
