Some of yoiu may have heard about what happened to Kerry Katona last night. For those of you that didn't, apparently an armed gang broke into her house and held her and her child hostage while her boyfriend was forced to hand over all their valuables.

Now, I'm sure this story is on the up and up, but am I the only person here who, on hearing the news, thought 'publicity stunt'? Let's face it, she's a complete media whore and does all she can to grab the headlines. Call me a cynic, or a sick bastard, but in this celebrity-obsessed society we live in the thought did occur to me.

And a very fair point too. We could not be blamed for thinking this as you so very well put it "media whore". Even though she has not lived here in Dublin for some time, its a rare day she not in the papers for some nonsense or being mentioned on the radio. All be it or less and less interesting subjects.

I think it's a perfectly reasonable question, even though such things here are usually derided. Anyone who wants to go to work for me for even thinking this then knock yourselves out. Just don't expect me to give that woman any credibility at all.

Good call with the topic The Dude. Words can't describe the loathing I have of this woman! An absolute waste of oxygen, blood and guts. As for her career, what exactly has she ever done??? Bloody Iceland adverts, and she was in a girl band for about 20 minutes, thats all. She was awarded mum of the year aswell-who were the other entrants? Rose West, and Myra Hindley probably! Another one of many publicity stunts in my opinion.

I don't know a lot about Kerry Katona beyond that she had loads of kids, a drink and drug problem, a divorce, loads more kids by various men, more drug issues and then got voted Celebrity Mum Of The Year. The moral of the story - don't EVER be a celebrity's child!
