my mum has a hotmail email address an for some reason all the emails she sends to aol addresses come back undelivered anyone have any idea why?

I'm taking a wild guess, I don't use Hotmail, but if you block addresses and domains from sending emails from you, will it stop you from sending them emails?

So if all emails from aol.com email addresses are blocked it might not allow you to send to them either? Also what message does she get when it bounces?

she can get aol emails sent to her just the postmaster thing sends them back when she sends to people. its a mystery....
