Is it just me as I thought the show ending was a bit flat for a end of year show. I'd have ended the golden hour at 5 to or so and had the merry Christmas messages with merry christmas messages, christmas Song and closing jingle

I agree, I was really expecting them to at least end with a Christmas song, rather than a Girls Aloud song they've played many times before on the Golden Hour. And as for everyone choosing that bilgy 21 Seconds song out of a choice of two, talk about piling on the dross! Whatever about it not being Christmassy, it wasn't even one of the better Golden Hours. To me, it felt like very flat ending to a good year for the show.
