Good on you for starting this Jazzy.

I'm sure the team knows we are crazy about them or we wouldn't be listening to them and following their daily adventures over the years. This is a place to express feelings from love ("kangaroo-love") to venting. I love the show and feel like the team are extended family. I think the other people here who have listened for a long time have their own stories and similar feelings.

i just thought theres a lot of times where this forum has been mentioned on the show the past few years but its always been chris and the team complaining.. think its time for some love. they wake me up and put me to bed every night for the past year and made my journeys a lot lot lot more entertaining!

Yeah, we also talked in the meeting about people who make obvious posts to try to get a mention on air.....

Can't think why thats sprung to mind right now, but....

They know they will never please everyone, all the time. But also know despite some odd comments sometimes, most poeple on here are fans, not haters.

can i just say it says a lot about the world if you cant make a positive posting without people assuming your after something. i just wanted to put a few smiles on faces. its bloody pathetic to be honest . That's okay, just relax and don't be so defensive We're not really that scary. But we get a LOT of people who join up, start a thread that's a blatant attempt to get a mention on air and then are never seen again, so you understand our cynicism.

Look, if you really have been reading the forum for months you will know that this is NOT a love-in in any sense of the word. We do all enjoy the Moyles show and have great respect for the man himself and the team that surrounds him, but we aren't the group-hug lets all talk about how wonderful life is type. On the whole. The fact that you seem not to realise this makes me wonder just what you HAVE been reading - I'd be shocked if you ever looked at this place and concluded that the thing it was missing that all the members needed was a "we love you" thread.

So - what Nic said, calm down, don't be defensive, and accept that people will say what they think and if you're the kind of person who takes offence easily, this might not be a comfortable environment for you. If however you can hold your own in a frank exchange of opinions, can cope with some fairly robust banter and - best of all - can dish it out as well as take it, you'll be fine and you might even enjoy it.

I am not sure what, if anything, happened on May 20th when jazzy joined, but as a general rule I am not particularly interested in the first few posts of people who register just after the site has had a big mention on-air. Most real fans of the show would find their way here of their own accord without the need for the site to be mentioned on the air.
