The Forum Guidelines have been updated to reflect the migration of site visitors from dial-up to broadband.
The maximum allowable signature file size (but not physical size) has been increased and is now 100kb, while the maximum avatar file size has been raised to 60kb. The physical size of avatars has also been increased to a maximum of 150 x 150.

Signature size: Maximum of 468 x 100 pixels, and 100kbytes. If you are using text instead of a graphic then it should be limited to two lines only.
Avatars should be no bigger than 150 x 150 and less than 60kb. This is to avoid long download times for board members on slow connections. Please check the filesize of any animated gifs.
