Getting back to the original question I notice he said it again this morning (20th November).

This is just a guess but is it a code for having run out of things to say during the random rambles? I only thought this as Chris moved on immediatly and I suppose having a mouthful of Toffos would leave you unable to talk??? Better than saying 'errr. don't know what to say now'.
