Real treat to hear Ewan and Charley this morning, can't wait to see that on tv in November but why would they choose to put it on BBC2 rather than BBC1? I would like to have seen Chris on his scooter think he should arrive on The Friday Night Project in full leathers on a mini scooter, thats gotta be worth £50,000 of any ones money!

Because it's going to be balls. They've done this before when they biked around the world........ and it was pants then, it'll be pants again.

That Charley fella just annoys me, trading of his mate's success a la Jonny Wilkes.

Perhaps I will one day stand to be corrected, but I doubt it....... I rarely am.

damn... you beat me to it.. was gonna do a thread, but too late !! Glad they're on a good mission raising money for unicef and other charities, I believe !! And they've sensibly got a website. What's it called... goingdown.com : is that right? what a name? good god.

For a motorbike ride they're doing down to South Africa. They did the interview over the phone. It was pretty short, but apparently they're going to be giving updates on thier progress.

I'm a bit cynical (I can hear the shock already) about people doing what they really want to do and then claiming its for charity and only giving the charity whats left over after expenses* like people who go on treks abroad and have to raise so much just to cover their fare.

*not that I am suggesting this is happening here... ahem.
