So my friend and coursemate is appearing on BBC Radio Manchester tonight, and I want to go online later on and record it from the listen again stream (it's only online for 24 hours) for uploading to the internet and general amusement.

How would I go about doing such a nifty task, folks? Is there a specialist program that I should be getting into?
