Might be a complete coincidence, but that Jose Mourinho parody this morning was a complete rip off of a parody Phil Williams was playing on XFM over Christmas...

I say coincidence, because Phil and Chris are quite good friends.

I should also add, the Phil Williams version was a hell of a lot better.

Na - the Phil Williams one was to the Feeling track... and almost exactly the same idea as the Dominic parody.

I noticed that Dominic lists Phil Williams as one of his favourite broadcasters on the newsbeat page, I just wondered if the idea was maybe borrowed :D

I just find it annoying and very VERY long.

Although to be honest, I don't know who it is the song is supposed to be about (some footballer, I'm assuming), and I don't recognise the song it's a parody of. So maybe I'm starting at a slight disadvantage.

He made you win the title twice? ahhhhhhhhhhhh and there was me thinking it had something to do with the absurd ammount of money pumped into the otherwise mid-table club by the rich Russian.

As far as I'm aware I didn't say he was a bad manager, and I'm aware that Abramovich was there before Jose, they very nearly did win it then.
Alas they hadn't quite bought the right players, i.e. EVERY available player, and that takes alot of cash, eagerly supplied by Roman.

You wouldn't have won the title without the Rouski, with or without Mourinho. But that's irrelevant because you wouldn't have got Jose without the cash-o-la.

which is a bit of a coincidence that now jose has not got the money from the russian, chelsea are actually having a bad spell. Summin tells me its the money more than the manager

It doesn't just help, it IS the reason you have two titles.

Would you take a couple of titles and what Chelsea have won for a period of being like Leeds? I guess it depends how long the Leeds legacy is but it would certainly be a more interesting ride than trying to finish 6/7th every year.

I'm very much of the view that I am going to get excited about the stuff thats going right, and enjoy it while it last, because I really don't expect it to. But then I am a Colchester United fan, so I think its reasonable to do so. I find it strange that a Chelsea fan should take that view, under Chelsea's much trumpeted new circumstances. If you really are thinking well, it won't last so I'll enjoy it while it does, it rather makes a mockery of the whole Abramovich thing doesn't it? And it certainly isn't the line which is coming out of the club.

Charlatottie, you're not going to be champions this year (which is ace). It seems £200 odd million is not enough to garuntee success.

(Oh and can I again point out that Mourinho is not the greatest manager you seem to be portraying him as)
