If Moyles suddenly just decided he'd had enough, and just "walked", would you really miss him, or do you think he could be quickly replaced?

Sometimes, I think I would miss him.... other times, I think I'd be glad to see the back of him....

I don't mean this in a slimey way, but nobody could replace Chris Moyles and there would be a massive hole in the Radio 1 schedule if he left now. There is nobody else there who has the talent and ability of the big man, althouhg most of them are very good.

I've always been uneasy about the man's appetite for money, all these cash horses hes been giddying this year, the book and the singing, when you realise that he could get tons more cash if he worked in the commercial sector, it kind of makes you start to think that hes seriously considering leaving so he can get the limo and all that star treatment that the Beeb do not cater, his words not mine.

He might like more money - but he doesn't strike me as a celebrity sort of person.

I think he loves and does appreciate his job. After all he probably does alot less corporate crap fot the BBC than he would have to if he were commercial.

Unlikely - but an interesting topic.

A few years ago I used to religiously listen to every minute of every show, and if he'd walked then I would have really missed him.

At the moment though I catch around 45 mins of the show per week, so if he wasn't there it wouldn't seem too different.

Don't get me wrong - I'm still a huge fan and the man's a legend, but I think it depends on just how often you listen. What he does after Radio 1 Breakfast will be fascinating - will he stick to a "zoo format" or go back to presenting on his own..

If Moyles ever walked, they should replace him with Chappers and Dave.
