http://www.bbc.co.uk/mobile - type that into your phone's browser (Wap/GPRS) then go to Entertainment then find Radio 1 and you can get phone backgrounds there.

Do what i do when i want pics. Go to Yahoo images and type in Chris Moyles or something. Then go through the results and find a pic ideally size 1024 x 768. Bring it up on the screen, do 'Save Target As' then right click and set as wallpaper. Done.

just realised you want it for phone, Use the CD that came with the phone to sync with your pc and transfer it. It works.
