Do you know how annoying it is for someone who has worked long hours on a project to have little picks at it, nothing is ever 100% first off. Any all the things you want others might want differently, so you can't please all the people etc, so why should you think that your desire is valid ?

And it's frightfully sad and anal to do it anyway !

If it's broken, then lets get it fixed, but you don't get on a bus and ask for the seats to be moved, and the driver not to whistle, you sit there and enjoy the ride !

Sire, whilst it looks very good indeed, and I'm sure that I'll get used to it. I hate to be a pain, but could you darken the "new posts in here" icon, it's difficult to distinguish from the "no new posts" icon.

You asked for the post background though, I think for Bag for balls is saying is that the icons to the left of a thread in the forum view that tells you whether or not the thread has new posts are too similar.

Oh you should know better by now...

Would admin be able to make the "new posts in this thread" icon slightly darker - the two look very similar...

All in all, it looks pretty cool though!

No I don't, but it is stupid to descripe a forum as a type of newspaper based on which version of software it is using as Adam did (yes it was Adam by the way.)

It is a bit harder to distinguish between different posts in a topic. Would it be possible to either make the background of every second post slightly darker or put a line between each one?

I changed it slightly .. better now?

Also, because I know it'll please pretty much everyone, I've put the profile information back to the left.

I think having the profile info on the left helps as well coz you naturaly are looking there when reading the post.

I'm seriously considering putting it on the right again. It's less customisation for me - and now everyone is used to this forum, it's only a small change. Little steps, people ...

Or do you mean that putting it on the left is something you have to do manually? And if you do any changes in the future its gonna cause problems?

Every time I update the software I need to move it left. By default the profile is right justified.
