a great loss for sure. I thought it was quite average for a return show, what I heard of it anyways.

The baby talk has only been for the first link though? Fair enough, i've not heard the rest of the show yet. That said, one of the team has just had become a dad - its not like they aint gonna mention it!

I know, foots.. I'm sure the rest of the show was great... it was just very early in the morning, and when I heard the baby stuff ... not being anyone's mom... I'd kinda went "nuts" and moved to Radio Govan, who were organising trips down the Clyde in the rain.

I liked this morning show.

The new jingles were good, the "we've go new jingles and this is one of them" jingle was pretty funny
I didn't mind the baby talk, Dave sounded very happy to be a dad, and broadcasting from his house worked a lot better than i thought it would. And they still made it funny, Dave telling the baby to talk or do something was funny, as was the "Papa" clip.

Anyone know what's with the right's restrictions thing at the end of today's listen again?.

I don't mind the baby stuff, but I can see it getting annoying for many quite soon. Viv, I don't understand - you don't like the breakfast team talking about Dave's baby and have to switch off, yet you have said how much you like Sara Cox, who does nothing but talk about her daughter (which again, I don't mind at all....)!

Don't worry, I'm sure the novelty will wear off soon and it'll be back to normal.

what freaks me, yuds, is GUYS talking baby stuff... I find it odd. I don't mind Sara C. doing it. Plus she reads out lots of my texts, which makes up for anything & everything :-)
