I agree with MC, my interest in Radio 1 depends on Moyles. Having been persuaded by an old school mate to listen to Moyles around the time he started the afternoon show in 1998, if it wasnt for Moyles I wouldnt have bothered switching back to Radio 1. The afternoon show was often hilarious and some clips from 2001 that I found on webarchive.org taken from the Moyles page on the old R1 website still crack me up now. In the first couple of years of the breakfast show I never wanted to miss any of the shows, and would always listen baqck on Listen Again. Last year ( however I hardly ever used Listen Again and I didn't always hear the show every day. On the days I did hear it it was normally for no more than an hour and a half max, and for the last couple of months I hardly listened at all. I thought Beep Beep Busters was crap, and when it was axed if there wasnt a guest I often felt like the team didn't always put much effort into the final hour, maybe thinking that most of the audience would have switched off.
Thankfully the show has got to a cracking start for the new year, and I'm now listening more than I have for well over a year, maybe 2 years. The return of CPC and the Celeb BB chat has made the last hour worth listening to again and long may it continue!
