I hadn't noticed Al had announced this. Been itching to mention it! It was great exchanging emails with Aled last Friday during the show - whenever Aled went quiet for a link and wasn't on air, ping, an email would arrive! Talk about interactive radio!

I'd also been itching to find out which other members would be invited, curious who i'd be meeting.... See ya in 3 days Zoot/Andy - ya both best put in some effort and wear a pretty frock.

Congrats to those who were chosen. Think my suggestion was a bit ridiculous when you look at it but the ones chosen sound good to me so looking forward to hopefully hearing/seeing them in the future.

Besides, even if I was chosen, I wouldn't have been able to make it on Friday anyway due to work!

I saw the original first as well and loved it. I just thing there's something magical about the remake and i thought it was done really well.

A bit late to the party with this, but how about a tour of Unis for Fresher's Week? Like the AAA tour but from a different lecture theatre each morning. Or even of different student radio stations - I think Phil Jupitus did his 6 Music breakfast show from Bradford Uni's station a few years ago.

dressing in various costumes - example I Am The Meat - (could be a chicken, a bear, a panda or...) and have to stand outside near the station and see how many people will stop to talk with them. Whoever gets the most wins. This could be funny as I think people won't want to stop to talk.
