Jon Holmes would go On - Air and call his Producer and members of his team a twat, get people to call in and then do illegal things for features.

He was just really funny, he broke all the rules in the name of comedy. And got sacked for telling a caller to go to his neighbour and 'Twat' him with a pillow. To which the caller said isn't that against the law?
Then Holmes lied and broke 10 million rules by saying they just made a law which allowed Virgin radio to brake the law as long as it was in a funny way.

Jon Holmes was on the recent series of The Now Show on radio Four if anyone's interested, he writes for lots of radio shows at the mo. Think he was also on Spitting Image or wrote it anyway.
