Breakfast show exec producer Rhys Hughes was today promoted to be effectively controller Ben Coopers deputy as head of programmes at Radio One and one extra. Congrats to him. Well he's already said in 'Ask Aled' that he's not going for the position, so you don't need to worry about him disappearing off the air.
